Julia McCabe is on the podcast this week. She is a catalyst in the lives of both Crystal and Andrea, who attended her 300-hour yoga teacher trainings (separately). She is a teachers teacher and a curious student for life that is back in school working on her Masters's in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at Kingâs College in London, UK.
